Ok so I going to post this picture of the chicken I made the other day, don’t judge, it was great:)
I have seen a pin for “Melt in your mouth chicken” http://www.food.com/recipe/melt-in-your-mouth-chicken-breast-37336 from food network many many times it looks breaded in the photos but its a mayo/parmesan cheese mix. I had never made chicken with mayo so I was so worried it would be gross I didn’t put enough of the mix on the chicken. I had a lot left over.
It is great wonderful fabulous!!
I wish I would have put more of the mix on. The kids loved it as well as the grownups and no leftovers were to be had. Now with that being said I did have to beg them to try it as it looked pretty bad. I think with the added mix it would be perfect. We are going to make it again in a few weeks so I will update my photo on how it turns out. Can’t wait.
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Spread mixture over chicken breast and place in baking dish.
